70% Grenache, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Syrah
After fermentation on skins fruit is directly pressed to tank and blended before maturing on lees for six months prior to bottling.
Tasting Note
A Grenache forward blend with Pinot Noir and Syrah. The nose is a spellbinding mix of bright candied red berry fruits, violets, and spice. The palate opens up to pomegranate, cinnamon, and a lemon tart finish. Crunchy and light yet complex and multifaceted wine. Drinks well chilled.
