A menage of Grenache, Pinot, Syrah and Tempranillo – all varieties show Grenache is the fore. Lush red fruit, medium bodied, ideal pizza target zone or solo.
2023 Fumè Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc ex Mount Crawford & Eden Valley. Barrel fermented and aged in new and seasoned French oak. Heady notes of pineapple, such spice and all things nice. The palate is low to medium in acid and has a medium weight with an excellent tannin line, good food attire here.
2024 Pinot Noir

From the Barossa foothills. We picked very early and fermented whole-bunch (carbonic maceration) as I learnt in Beaujolais.
Between you and I… I pressed it over a cake of Gewürtztraminer; still full of love, it added to the pretty aromas, light to medium in weight and a nice fine line of tannin. Much value here.

My talented young niece (and budding young baker)
Gewürtztraminer from the North of Eden Valley and Riesling from the South. Both in mint condition, but this Gewürtztraminer parcel deserves an extra nod… the best i’ve seen in my time. Macerated together and pressed on day three, before the ferment started in neutral oak… where it lay for a year.
The best of two barrels was selected, yielding a mere 400 bottles. Drink now or watch it age ten to twenty years in the right conditions.
2022 Eden Valley Syrah
The 5th release of our pinnacle wine – I believe it’s the best. My father: adamant that your next wine is always your best – It is true but not a given.
All the red and dark berry fruit, under a veil of violet flowers. Gorgeous now, will age beautifully over the following five odd years.
I’m the artist for this one – such value when many from the region demand twice the price, sans the art.
